BE ACTIVE s. r. o. is an agency providing event and marketing services. Security and the protection of personal data are an inseparable part of these services: BE ACTIVE s. r. o. protects sensitive business and personal data against loss, damage, theft, modification and destruction, and at the same time maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security in the processing of personal data.

BE ACTIVE s. r. o. processes the personal data of data subjects exclusively in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of personal data.
